Bearing in mind that foreign nationals come to a country whose regulations they are not familiar with, our goal is to provide the client with a complete service, from the first to the last step. This includes consultations, preparation of documentation, scheduling appointments, submission of requests, as well as going with the client to competent authorities, banks and other institutions.

The services we provide include the following:

1. applying for all types of visas:

– airport transit visa (visa A),
– visa for a short stay (visa C),
– visa for a long stay (visa D);

2. registration of the foreigner’s residence – mandatory registration within 24 hours of entering the country;

3. temporary residence – residence permit of a foreign citizen that can be granted to a foreigner who intends to stay in the Republic of Serbia for more than 90 days on the basis of:
employment;

– schooling or learning the Serbian language;
– studies;
– participation in international pupil or student exchange programs;
– professional specialization, training and practice;
– scientific research work or other scientific and educational activities;
– family reunification;
– performing religious services;
– treatment or care;
– ownership of real estate;
– humanitarian stay;
– status of presumed victim of human trafficking;
– the status of a victim of human trafficking;
– other justified reasons in accordance with the law or international agreement;

4. work permit – a document based on which a foreigner can be employed or self-employed in the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the law, and which can be issued as:

– personal work permit,
– work permit;

5. permanent residence – permit for long-term residence of a foreign citizen in the Republic of Serbia;

6. citizenship – citizenship of the Republic of Serbia is acquired:

– by origin,
– by birth on the territory of the Republic of Serbia,
– by reception,
– by international agreements;

7. opening a bank account for natural and legal persons (resident and non-resident accounts) – opening an account for foreign natural and legal persons has proven to be a very complex procedure in reality, which is why clients decide to hire a lawyer, who will carry out the procedure quickly and efficiently;

8. TIN (Tax Identification Number) for non-residents – obtaining TIN for non-residents for natural and legal persons;

9. establishment of a company or an entrepreneurial business – implementation of the complete procedure of establishment, issuance of an electronic certificate, registration in the register of real owners and opening a bank account;

10. purchase of real estate – review and verification of documentation, preparation of pre-contract and sales contract, organization of solemnization at the notary public, as well as submission of request for real estate registration and tax declarations.
